Re: Small town stuff; Caliente... grin

Great stuff Pam, it's like a daily tour of Nevada gaming history. Here's a few rarities from Caliente that i do not believe I have shared here before nor on the ChipGuide. Like many of the match-covers, they are the only memorabilia that exists from these long-forgotten establishments. The Bank Club (seems there was a Bank Club in every small town) and The Buckaroo Club are scarce to say the least considering the Buckaroo was open for 1 year (1951-1952) however, that being said the graphic is very WW2? The Cove is another nice one with an image of the bldg. on the cover. Also note the two different silver Shamrock's, one with an elegant 1940's looking lady and the other with the drunkard holding up the streetlight!!
