Fellow Collectors,

A few of us long time Midwest chip collectors got together to identify the hard-to-find chips from this area. We will break down the chips by individual states or group them together based on how many are identified.

The criteria we used to identify these chips was that the chips must have been on the tables for someone to collect except for roulette chips. No secondary, NCV, or samples were considered for the ranking. We also only considered chips from .25 to 25.00 as any chips over 25.00 would be rare based on the number of known collectors of those denominations.

For this month we looked at the states of Kansas and Missouri and next month we will review Illinois and Indiana.

Please keep in mind this was for fun between friends and that these rankings are our opinions based on watching eBay, chipboard and availability at the yearly show in Vegas.
