...and the central graphic on these appear to be the same as the Roulette chip above while in no way resembling a FR chip since there is no value and, in the same breath claiming they are either drink tip chips or training chips but in no way Roulette chips.

My three chips do not have a value on them which, discounts them as being Frencn Roulette and and match the non-denominated chip on ChipGuide and I assume it belongs with the "American (English) Roulette chip and you are saying there is no 100% certainty?
