because I did not contact nor spoke all the floormasters in Eindhoven it was a bit over the top to say that all the staff was rude.
Someone pointed this out to me in a personal message and I must completely say that was correct.
I just wanted that people that enter Holland Casino for the first time are blown away by the experience.
