Sharkey’s

In 2001 we stopped at Sharkey's, and Sharkey was there. We introduced ourselves to him and he graciously talked to us for a few minutes. When he heard that we were collectors, interested in "Sharkey's table", he asked an employee to clear the table so we could get a better picture! He also told us to be sure to look around, in various places, to see his various collections...including more tables with embedded memorabilia. Sharkey sold the casino and Sharkey's table is now in the care of a collector.

The new owner had some tables made, using the same concept as the tables that Sharkey had...a nice homage to a legend.
