...and the comment on the "My Place" cover is priceless!!!

I checked in a couple of our state-wide phone books and "My Place" goes back as far as 1950...IF it's the same "My Place".

I don't know what the "Bell Addition" is, as the address. Someone online thought that the Bell Addition was the Red Light District, but the site about downtown Winnemucca refers to the Red Light District as the Riverside Addition.
