After decades of talk and millions wasted, a high-speed rail project to Las Vegas may finally be developed.
I will see the construction from my house as it passes right by my view of the I-15 freeway. Too bad the station is about 25 miles in the wrong direction. Faster for me to drive directly to Las Vegas, 2 1/2 hours. The city of Barstow tried to get them to build a station in town, with no luck.
