Charles was kind enough to offer help but, that adds to the problem...

So, in order for me to play by the rules and continue to attempt using the submission form, told Charles instead of playing hit or miss and not knowing if the form was received, I would fill out the form and take a screenshot of it while posting it here with the CjipGuide page header and images. I also added that it was okay with me if this method wasn't accepted since I at least tried my best and no matter what, the info would be archived here and found in a searh... I had a few email exchanges with Charpes and he is fully aware of everything and, in my last post pertaining to this I made it very clear that I make no demands regarding ChipGuide's choice of accepting my submissions here... I know that I am attempting to catch CjipGuide's attention to the fullest.
