Upon returning from my vacation I intend to share some ideas about growing our club and exposing our hobby in ways that have not been tried. Some of these ideas may require constitutional changes or amendments but that is all doable. I will not lump all of these thoughts together but space them out. I encourage all of our membership to add their two cents and not just be voyeurs. Non members are also welcome in these discussions. None of this will be intended to be negative, on the contrary, the goal will be to make a great organization greater. Most importantly, insure its future. People, in general, tend to resist change however we live in a changing world and we need to be a bit more flexible than we have been in the past. I will make all of these posts on this board as this is the board most everyone reads. I understand some may not like that idea because they have stated this would fall under the category of club business, if progressive ideas bother you simply don’t read my posts. Again this is not about pointing out past failures or missed opportunities, that has already happened. This is about moving forward, growing and most importantly surviving.
