Just to add some more confusion

vbg

My original number was #1040 and when I applied for life member, I requested LM 104. Otherwise I could have been, hypothetical guess, LM1040-97 or something else. I just asked for the 104 like a vanity plate thing.

I have belonged to some other groups, that did the same thing. If I wanted to rejoin and have continuous membership since 2010 for example, I'd have to pay 13 years back dues.

IMPBA says, if I know my old number and I want to join again, I can have it back. But I can't say member since Member Since 1981.
