Jerry,
I appreciate the words from Chuck and yourself. I would never work against the CCA and would always do whatever I could to help out, but I assume the the hot heads, including my own lead to a quick acceptance of my resignation which is fine. What starts out as pointing out problems leads to denial of them and the the arguments. I was a new member looking in from the outside. and sometimes that view is enlightening and from the inside taken wrong. Maybe down the line there can be a discussion of why I chose the path I did in a reasonable honest way minus the politics every club has, not just this one most every one.
My stance on Kaplan will not change, he made no attempt to contact me privately for discussion etc. and wasn't interested in my advice anyway.
And on Jim F, well.... ya know at least he tried, Sorry the guy with the large set display was delayed and once there didn't want to put such a valuable set out for a day knowing we were going to play it Saturday night, logistics.
Member or not I'd be happy to put that sets display together for you next year knowing there was much more time to make sure it can happen.
I don 't want to, but feel I need to address this as he feels the need to negatively troll my every comment.
Mr. Freedner, please just stop with me, I won't apologize to you, I don't need to hear from you. In the forums we have an tool called the ignore button, I wish there was one here for you to use. You tried to publicly expose my work, my home where my children live etc. and that is unacceptable and should be reprimanded by the BBS system admins. PokerChipper has a clear policy on this behavior and it is a bannable offense, not to mention illegal in some states including California. and for very good reasons.
