To all,
I have been able to create an email account solely for the Social Media position. In stead of emails going to my 4 different personal accounts this one will serve as the only one I will use to communicate on behalf of the CCA and its Social Media accounts.
This does 3 main things.
1. It will allow the position to have its own account to sort and keep historical emails for future directors.
2. I can create new accounts and change active accounts for official business.
3. It gives control of my personal accounts back to me. This way I can comment on topics as a member and not confuse anyone to which voice I am speaking from.
So from now any post made with this account will be in official CCA social media business.
I hope this all makes sense. Just trying to make sure the proper lines are between personal and club actions. This is the first of many steps to come but I am extremely optimistic that the path is only up from here on out.
