vs Ebay with 1 billion users and (purely based on my ebay sales) over 7000 active buyers.

Selections of these chips will also be used for the club auction each year, which raises a further $10,000 a year. Doesn't really work if all the active buyers in the club already have the chips. Again it destroys the value and before you know it $1m book value of chips becomes $20,000 net realisable value.
