I know you would like us all to sit in a circle and hold hands and sing campfire songs and pretend all is well but sadly it’s not. From all of this negativity you claim, three suggestions have already been put forth.
1. Shut the MOGH down
2. Put the club magazine online
3. Executive Director
These are great ideas and have been suggested many times in the past but no action has ever been taken. When members ask questions they deserve answers. That is not negative. I’m sorry you feel that you and prior administrations are being attacked, all I ever said was opportunities have been missed over the years. All that matters is now and the future. All of this talk about the past is truly irrelevant at this point. My initial question was about vision moving forward. The answer I got was horrible in my opinion as I saw no vision. I understand these are thankless jobs but you must be held accountable if you decide to take one of them. Contrary to how you personally feel, I do appreciate all of the volunteer work done by many of the members that actually make the convention happen and I thank them every chance I can. I spoke at length with you at the show and you said that you actually agreed with me for the most part but now you apparently think I am trying to destroy the club. If I wanted to destroy the club I would simply say nothing as it is imploding. When people communicate, ideas are formed and hopefully action takes place. Let me make this perfectly clear to you and anyone else with negative thoughts, I am trying to save the club. I have a very full life and the club is a small part of it. If I didn’t truly care, I wouldn’t spend a nano second on this. Have you noticed all of the other board members are silent. Do any of them have thoughts on the current state of our club or it’s future?
