I was hoping it would have been completed in time for the convention but several events have delayed that a little. I'm planning right now for July 31, even if there is some tidying up to do once we are online.
Had SP not taken away the screen in the meeting room before Saturday morning, and not caring to incur another $450 to borrow it for a further hour, I would have shown a preview during the meeting.
The donations are currently split between 4 locations - I have some for the next auction, David Sarles has some for ebay. The remainder are split between two climate controlled locations in Las Vegas (one of which is currently paid for by me), accessible by all the BoD and a couple of non-BoD volunteers. The $1m approx value is an appraisal. As everyone knows that is far from 'net realisable value'. Currently they are satisfactorily insured but as more arrive this will be reviewed.
When the existing Club/MogH storage facilities are consolidated shortly, the donations will be moved to one place.
