You claim you offered to help, I see no evidence of this anywhere. Can you show me how and where you conveyed that message and what help you offered? Aside from the correspondence regarding your FREE table at the show which I let Jim & Jim handle, the only correspondence I have which includes you regards the multiple claims you filed some months ago (including against me), and their subsequent appeals, which were all summarily dismissed.

During 4 years as President the club finances reduced by some $100,000 (approx 1/3). I consider a roughly breakeven position since then an improvement.

What exactly do you propose? Bear in mind that multiple officers and volunteers resigned as they felt you were impossible to work with, and many currently serving volunteers still refuse to work with you. Three of the five officer positions were up for election since I became President. No other person stood for any of those positions. In fact there have only been 2 contested elections out of the past 20 open positions. Maybe that's why we have this 'status quo' everyone keeps mentioning.
