Not at all But you make a great point

on continuation and getting them in the door. For those that are new to the club, and the board it's no wonder there are less renewals. I read a recent comment made by a Hall of Famer that was disgraceful to a person expressing a positive comment for the betterment of the club. There is no room for club growth with the current mind set. It's evident in the membership numbers. One person, the membership director, can not change this culture.

Back when I ran a large company in the corporate world we bought out competitors that ran down their company similar to what's happening here. Many of these characters would have gotten pink slips for their behavior amongst co-workers and or subordinates during the acquisition. Right or Wrong it's the Behavior. There is no room for narcissism or self serving behavior in an healthy organization.

I think thats why we have to many derogatory comments on the board today. It's not the person making those comments, but it's their frustrations caused by the unwarranted public behavior.

By no means I am a downer but we need new life in the organization and its right at our finger tips. But its the old scenario of the forrest and the trees.

Kudus to you to Andy. You and I were always contenders for top recruiting effort. When I looked back in the last 4 or 5 issues of the club Magazine under the New Membership articles it was pitiful. One of the issues it was eliminated. I was surprised there was even an award given out this year.
