If you are referring to the expenses paid for Sandra Harris and her business plan and action plan, you were involved. Those expenditures were approved unanimously by the board of directors of the MoGH. Upon approval the proposal was sent to the CCA board which you were a member of and it was passed unanimously by the CCA. You make it sound like I'm the only one that's voted on this. I would never vote for anything of that large of an expenditure without a unanimous vote of both boards. Jim Follis was on the both boards as well and he can refresh your memory if you need. You keep passing the buck to all those problems to me, but you forgot that I have one vote in five on those issues just like you where no one person can decide anything. It takes at least a majority of the board members in both groups to approve any kind of an expenditure like that. I really don't understand how you can misunderstand all this.
