I try to deal with the situation, not taking sides, I mean, discussions of legal opinions and law, not targeting anyone or either side. I have supported what's included in the laws, that a website is protected, by being a website and creating the pages, and the content of that collection is protected. I have tried to make a clear and simple explanation that Chip Guide doesn't own the rights to the images, they don't own the image copyright either, they don't need to, *** they own the rights to the data on their website ***, including anyone coming and copying the images, descriptions or contents... because they are all part of the protected website.

I have marked Oscar as a favorite on YouTube because I enjoy his effort and taking the time to bring entertaining videos and information about casino collecting. Great work! Keep going, please.

However, what the heck kind of notice only gives you Oscar less than a week, and then slaps a DMCA on your account on YouTube? That seems a little over the top.

I see the opposition to the request for credit to Chip Guide, picking and picking and taking cheap shots at every opportunity. (I haven't seen Oscar in that group) That's not necessary either. For those who want to keep arguing the same point, that Chip Guide doesn't own the copyright... You Are Wrong! Read the first part. They own their website, they own the contents, they don't need to own the copyright to the images, because the site as a whole is protected.

For someone representing Chip Guide to fire off a DMCA on short notice, that seems vindictive and unnecessary. I'm sick of watching the pissing match. You are also acting poorly and in a rude manner.

Like some children who can't stop poking each other, the two sides won't step back and negotiate a bit, or compromise or respect the other side. So we have to watch this constant bickering and pushing and shoving, take up space on a collecting BB? What's the point? Everyone who has read the BB in the last months has read everything that both sides have to say. Agree or disagree, watching the never ending attacks and counter attacks and now hasty reporting, which is clearly over the top, and pointless.

There's a reason why I come and participate and have a good time here. And there are reasons why I have left for months at a time and don't wish to read all the BS being flung by a small number of people, who have some kind of personal feud that never ends.

Please stop attacking each other, give it a break?
