In fairness, it sounds like Charles and others attempted to contact Oscar which he missed because he has multiple email addresses so he missed it (pro tip: set up email forwarding from the ones you don't check very often to the one that you check all the time.) Due to the current rancor here on the chipboard, I can see how Charles and others would have taken this as Oscar thumbing his nose at him, the ChipGuide, etc. Hopefully we can have some peace at least through the end of the convention but I doubt that it is possible...
