Seems to me a well regulated and administered club would control the behavior of its admins and BOD. Which incidentyally can be changed by vote, or by joining a different club, if its the chip guide you want that's free and available to anyone 24/7, no membership fees, or cumbersome user agreements.

I mean PlayBoy is $24.99 an issue and you get 4 CCA Mags for $35! seems like a deal!
