Get Kaplan and anyone else reigned in to be professional and courteous and use common sense and stop bullying folks. This isn't just about Oscars video, if Oscar suffers the loss of his channel of which may be monetized to support himself because of a frivolous claim attributed to admins of the guide or club for use of images they don't have any real ownership of, I could see him suing you.

If the guide wants to own the images a real Chainman or Admin would take the legal steps to make that happen with ownership agreements with the providers of said images, well I guess excluding the stolen ones. I mean you don't even have any kind of verification that the images submitted are indeed the property of the submitters of the images themselves. You boast its all done with the advice of legal council, all dur respect, who's that council? Dewey, Cheatem and Howe?
