I've been able to verify this is true

Surely if these videos have any monetary impact on Oscar then the use of images is NOT fair use period.

I have not been silent at all. This is just not the place to discuss private conversations.

Year after year, for a whole host of reasons, users here go after the BoD and other volunteers that give up hundreds of hours of their time. Yet when it comes to election time, or a call to fill a volunteer position, hardly anyone ever sticks their hand up. If people want change then they have to be involved, not standing on the outside.
