Here we go again.......

Up to and including yet another accusation that there's a "Trouble Maker" against a chipping club. That doesn't even make sense!

And at the Center, as usual, Charles Kaplan and his few supporters who do anything including doxxing peoples personal information on the internet to cause trouble for someone who speaks out against your lies and bullying. This will not stand.

An admission in my eyes.

I submit that it is Charles and his band of followers causing the "Trouble" with the intention of casting it on others. I have to agree with Andy that Oscars heart is with the hobby and now an attack on him and his channel on YouTube, I advised oscar to challenge the report on the basis of Fair Use and if monetarily affected file suit against whoever made the false claim regarding the images. I posted on PokerChipper at your request and Jim Follis' that folks "Should" as courtesy cite Chip Guide when using images that are posted there yet that's not good enough for you. You're not happy unless your bullying and ordering someone around.

I fully intend to put the "ownership" of the Images on the Chip Guide to the test sir so we can put this to bed once and for all and the drama and bullying by you and others can STOP for good. I didnt believe that this would ever be necessary but now you force the issue.

Claiming the CCA business is private is BS unless you're hiding something. TRANSPARENCY! I was done and courteously removed some of my posts made in the heat of my disgust with the way some members are treated here. This board whether privately owned or not is an obvious extension of the club by ALL APPEARANCES. Your attempt Charles to get folks to deactivate their PokerChipper accounts has also been a miserable failure, there's been exactly 2 requests and I happily honored them. We are gaining multiple users daily and you'll not stop that no matter how hard you try. It is becoming a very nice group of Sets and Singles collectors communicating in a positive way and I understand why that threatens your goals to keep the groups at odds and your methods are crystal clear.

The club can be so much better than a few bullies reflecting on its membership. A club should be governed by its membership and its wishes yet you count on the silence of the mass membership who doesnt really care so that you can do whatever you want. Is this about the membership or the money you extract form it? The "Business Meeting" on Saturday should be a very interesting one and I suggest as many members as possible attend as I believe there is a lot of questions to be answered.

All due respect to the current President of this club, David Spragg, you have been completely SILENT on ANY OF THIS. As the current leader of the organization you should have at least made an attempt to quell all this.

I Personally and thru PokerChipper I have made attempts to further the club thru positive mentions and promotion of the convention along with time donation to it at setup and anything else Scot P asks, he is a dedicated member and a great guy.

I have purchased the services of a graphic artist to make banner ads and magazine ads to submit and purchase ad space thinking this would help support the CCA and its entities but really have to rethink that one. I've offered the CCA free dedicated space on PokerChipper.com to promote through its new social media initiative, that has not been used, I even offered the ability to have admins of their own in that space so as to use the space however they wanted and have some branding control over it. PokerChipper is support not the enemy.

This has gone from zero to 1000 in a short time and more respected chippers are speaking out. LETS PUT IT TO BED once and for all. The President of an organization is supposed to lead up front, not in the weeds silently. Please issue a statement sir so everyone knows the position of the president. Its a chip club for god sake, not the united nations.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE CCA:

The club boasts 659 Regular members and 286 Life members and 111 Associate members for 1056 total. You also report that there was a loss of 178 members and a gain of 61 members for a net loss of 117 members that is an 11% loss of membership, 1056 members world wide. What's wrong with this picture? When the club attacks members and bullies YouTubers around without consequence or even a statement from its leader who would want to join or remain?

Its here in the open on a board that for all intents and purposes has the appearance of an official instrument of the club whether owned independently (by the president of the CCA) or not so the issues are here in public for all to see and appropriately so, not in PRIVATE, hidden from the membership. Personally I would address this to the membership before the membership speaks with their inquiries and ballots.

Its a chip club with 1100 members in a world of 7.888 billion people (2021 population number, cite: Google)
