Copyright strikes are a pretty big deal on youtube. Get three of them and your channel gets closed and canceled.

"Fair use" probably applies here. Though I did not see the whole video. People are allowed to talk about your group, your website, and your policies, and even to be critical of them, and that is not a copyright violation.
