You are also asking the Chip Guide to get rid of the guy who took it over from the original user, made it 100 times more broad and more useful, has put in endless hours for more than a decade, writes the code for the Guide and Directs the MOGH which now owns the Guide. This Guide is the vision of Charles Kaplan. He has made it happen.
I have heard explanations that don't coincide with your beliefs, which make sense and are consistent. I do not believe Charles lacks integrity. I do not believe he targets individuals. I do believe he could have posted things without realizing he shouldn't and is open to correcting those posts.
Charles has a strong personality and some times people have been upset at his approach. I do not think he means to be difficult. I always hope it doesn't come off that way.
I think the Chip Guide should approach people in a friendly and sympathetic manner. I think people should treat the Chip Guide and its admins in the same way.
Can it be improved by the Chip Guide. Sure. Hopefully, there is an effort to do so.
In a hobby, I don't understand the need to vilify anyone. Have fun, takes things less seriously. Work toward improvement in a collaborative and respectful way. Step back and give people the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.
That's my approach.
