Chip Guide any more than you do. I do want people to follow the proper procedure and prefer they do not get hysterical, mean, unnecessarily personal, etc.
If improper images have been found and removed, I don't understand the issue. If new images have been found and are still on the Guide, but no one has taken the proper steps to have them removed, then it is hardly the Chip Guide that is to blame. The process is set up so that inevitable mistakes or things now unacceptable due to policy changes are corrected by users who spot them. In the past, these matters were always addressed cooperatively. Why is there a sudden need to make this seem like a conspiracy to harm people. It's not. Use the update buttons, contact the appropriate admins (you can see on the site who is responsible for each area and find a way to contact them). I can see no reason for the approach that has been taken other than to stir up discontent. Certainly not good for creating a harmonious atmosphere.
I will look at the images you are citing after there is some explanation what is wrong with them (privately, preferably, because why wouldn't it be?). Hopefully, we can continue to improve the guide by eliminating improper submissions.
