If you are referring to the fact that the member must put their name on the ballot then how would we know who was voting?

Take into account that the ballots are digital and must be submitted by email. There are many family members who are using their parent's or friend's email adreess. Therefore by putting their name, we can verify that they are members in good standing.

We have made provisions to send 5 mail-in ballots to members who have informed us they do not have computers and we have obliged them in all fairness. If we were to mail ballots like the CCA does with the Club Magazine we could do the same process but we cannot afford the postage costs. We want to keep our expenses down.

Wendy Schultz is conducting this series of elections but I wll be appointing an independent Election Chair before the year's end for the officer's cycle.
