Believe me, Mark, I know the rules and play by them but, to be told to use the form which I do and back it up here as well with a reminder down the road and to be told to use the form by Charles, in the same thread I show both the submitted form and a screenshot of that same form only tells me that Charles is not reading my post and simply responding to a subject tile or something unknown to me.

All I have been asking ChipGuide to do is when they see a second submission, please do not cast it aside without reading every word in my post and not just the subject title and to notice that the submission form is there and not be told to submit it again to Charles.
