I have the one shown plus a holed one (in the packet) and also one that shows the other side instead of the side shown (also holed) on the guide.
When I worked for Grosvenor we were invited for a free meal (well, a burger) just after it opened so I bought the 3 different versions. They all have the same bar code on the back so no idea what happened, probably just a mistake by whoever (or whatever) packed them. I thought it was a bit weird that they were holed though which was why I got all 3. Luckily I knew the receptionist so they let me look through the ones they had and I bought them. Funnily enough, there was no unholed reverse one or I would have bought that too. I also managed to get the training note when I was there as I knew the lad that did the training. I managed to get hold of an ashtray too along with a couple of other "bits" I think but they are in a box in the shed.
