In reference to Jacks post concerning a lost item.
I do not understand the insurance policy. If something is lost in the mail the buyer has no rights to make a claim against the post office or other delivering agent. Only the sender has this right, at least in my opinion.
again, from my opinion. If I send anything of value I usually use a delivery receipt or if on the few times I have sent something I fell of greater value I insure to protect me, the the receiver.
This one has be confused.
