Probably because it was made when it first came out
and was only worth the $25 and maybe less because it
couldn’t be cashed in like that ?!?!?!
But later on I suppose that chip became scarce ?
I don’t know the value of it now as I’m just responding
to the post and not looking in the ChipRack for price ?
There are a few really great chips embedded in a key chain
Barney’s $100 Moulin Rouge chips etc. Some people have
removed a few with success but most suffer some damage.
