Sorry I didn’t see that response, was that atty expertise in current IP and copyright, as the post Emilio and i and others comes from an atty who worked in the US Copyright office which I believe is the best source you could find. No offense. as all 3 of my atty brothers tell me, do they specialize, retired? know CURRENT law, again no disrespect but any reasonable atty would weigh in on a public site with no agreed to user TOS differently than shown here.
