The Golden Goose was a tiny casino at 20 Fremont Street from the late 1970's to the early 1980's. As I recall, it was slots only for most of the time that it had gambling. I do, vaguely, remember that they had slot machines there in June of 1981...my first trip to Las Vegas! They had coupons out for free personalized key chains...of course the hope was that you would lose money in the slots, while waiting for them to hot stamp your initials on your key chain. The PW keychain is the one that I got, after waiting for them to personalize it for me. I don't remember if I played the slots, or not. Eventually it became a "Gentlemen's Club", and kept the goose on the sign.

Don't know who these people are...they came with the paper "frame"!
In October of 2017 I was standing on an outdoor balcony at the Plaza, looking down at the construction site that would become the Circa. To my surprise, I saw the goose one last time!
