First off let me say that my memory is not the best.

Years ago a resident of New Orleans sold a whole bunch of crest & seals and hot stamped Pal’s Club chips (many hundreds of both type chips).

There was a Pal’s Club in New Orleans. The original New Orleans seller of the chips was 100% sure the chips were from the club.
