The first postcard advertises the Sky Room along the roofline of the hotel.

The second postcard is a pretty good shot of the top of the hotel, and it doesn't seem to show a circular room anywhere.

If you check Alan's site, he shows a 1966 Fabulous Las Vegas ad that shows Ted Fio Rito is playing in the Sky Room.
