The problen is an outside company was sending out the cards for pre-registering on the web site. They quit without notice. It will probably be Jan 1 before a new company is in place to finish the process. You can wait or email from the web site or call 866-942-7777 and they will mail your card out at once. She is processing emails and calls every day. If you email, give her all your pertinent information. Name with middle initial, address with zip, birthday, phone no, and gender. You will probably get a regular card unless you specify that you pre-registered on the website for a charter member card.
