Nope I don't see that. What browser, what level of security do you have set. I'm on Firefox and I don't see anything. Usually I get alerts if the site certificate has expired.

Personally it doesn't mean anything is wrong with TheChipBoard.Com ftp transfers have the same problems, and now everything had to change, because someone eavesdropping could scrape for passwords. So ports changed, SFTP was enabled, whole systems had to be re-coded. Then the software had to have new verification SSL and it's going beyond me.
Mostly the Internet is growing and adjusting because of bad actors who will try to manipulate and steal personal data.
