The real question, skated on by is, does chip guide own the image? What about the ones they themselves misappropriate and enter?
Like oscars picture stolen from PokerChipper.com and entered in the guide? While if someone submits a pic to the CG I would agree they inherit some license, but, how do you know which pictures they HAVE NO LICENSE TO USE?

I mean do I have to give credit to google maps if I post a picture from there??
