It is based on emotions. Trying to save the hobby we love from distruction by the vultures.

Slabbing is based on greed and has nothing to do with promoting the hobby or contributing to it's growth.

I still maintain that GRADING is the problem, not slabbing. Putting a chip in plastic does nothing to increase it's value. It's the artificial value added by grading. (certified by "experts" who remain unidentified)

With cards it will be the same people who try to not only slab, but grade, and eventually have their fingers in marketing.
