if it makes the Chip Guide shut down? And for what purpose? Is it that hard to say "image courtesy of the Chip Guide"? Or, if that is really a burden, not use images from the Chip Guide?

I won't join the site if it has the policy that it explicitly allows users to take images from the Chip Guide without attributing the image to the Chip Guide. The Chip Guide cannot operate under those conditions.
