This looked like a warehouse and open air area behind it. Looked like something from Circus Circus, Shy Clown sign, Reno Arch portion and more. It goes very quickly in the scene, where they are riding a motorcycle through it and drive through a rotating donut sign (which could be made for the show), so hard to make it all out. I will look at it again some time.
