Simple Machines is free, supported through open source, and you just need to pay for hosting and storage. I pay $100 a year for my website and storage is not an issue, with many many images. Also it's faster than the demo BBS. Anyone looking don't be put off by the speed, it's dependent on the hosting.

My only comments are that we as a club, would look much better to new people and visitors if we moved forward into the 21st century. I'm sure that David has put much time, money and effort into making this old vintage software keep working. I appreciate that. We all should be thankful.

But this is a 1990 VW Beetle, being kept up, chugging along. While the new systems are Hybrid, turbo, 800HP sports cars, in comparison.
