The upcoming vote for a change in the clubs Constitution to add two NON-VOTING board members
needs some discussion.

The two new members would be considered at-large and represent the general membership.

Considering the requirements of the position should they be non-voting?

It was intended that these would be learning positions so that more qualified and knowledgeable candidates
would be available at voting time if one or more of the present board members decided not to run.
