A while ago, I listed a bunch of single cards (called swap cards) on Ebay. Only the jokers and a few Spade aces that had different graphics sold.
Selling them for $2 with free shipping, it became a waste of time. Between ebay fees and a postage stamp, I was basically working for free.
I'd suggest one big lot, just to get it over and done with.
