The images you showed are of poker chips that appear to be real casino chips. Collectors call them fakes or counterfeits. The markings that indicate that they are not real have to be on the chip itself. The Hobby Protection Act suggests that the word COPY should be written on the chip.
Many casinos have used multiple different molds over the years and we keep on seeing new molds all the time. It is not possible for any collector to know what molds where used in every casino in order to tell if a chip is real or not. Especially when you are looking at chips at a dealers table during a show and you don't your reference guides.
