I was looking around on Harrah*s Cherokee Mountain casino website and realized that it was strictly a slots and video poker, video black facility, This seems quite unusally especially for Harrah*s who I would have thought would jump at the opportunity to have another full casino operation in the east. Was the decision to only operate as a slots, video facility made by Harrah*s and the Cherokee tribe or by higher powers above?
