It's still pretty much Rural out here around Silverton. Much more development is happening on the east side of I-15.
Blue Diamond is all slated for commercial use though, so it will eventually grow to us. Our neighborhood groups have been fighting for 2 years now to keep our area zoned as rural preservation as it is now. The county has been somewhat obliging so far.
Everyone out here is still on private water wells.
Donna and I really like it here. We moved here from Los Angeles County back in 1993
