difference, but the problem is new or uneducated collectors who may buy them thinking they are real, perhaps reselling. I would guess that many of those chips are actually ceramic versions of real chips, some slightly modified, so the problem is with those who don't know what they should be expecting. This is not the first time this issue has come up in this hobby. It would be nice if it could be stopped. Many of the people who are doing it don't even realize what the problem is with what they are doing. Some know but they really don't care.
