Perhaps the chips moved around Arizona a bit? Seem to recall a story that the chips were first shipped to Winterhaven, California, just across the Arizona state line so that they would appear "legal." And then were taken back into Arizona for fun 'n games. Whatever, a good flea market find, for sure!
